Citroen Berlingo speedo,milage not working and stalling

the speedo and mileage are not working, and it also stalls when going down the gears. have just had new gearbox and clutch fitted and also new front brake pads to the front.

Check the speed sensor and wiring are o.k after doing g/box and clutch .
