Citroen Berlingo engine stopped on pressing clutch

According to wiring diagram ,your model year does not have a cut out switch on the pedal,so can only think that you are disturbing something wiring wise by physically pressing the pedal,would check around pedal area and under bonnet,also gearbox earth lead is okay.

Thank you I have checked under cannot see anything also earth lead . Just found out when ignition on there is no heater blower , radio, wipers , no heater plug light or interior lights . Dash lights and headlights still working .
Checked all fuses and OK .

Is the engine turning over ?

Check under the front carpets for water in foot wells in case this is the issue or should I say root cause as so many issues.
Thinking water or corrosion in a connector

there are some earth connection on top of the gearbox might be worth checking these are secure and not damaged as near clutch cable.
