Help please pedal some times stays on the floor happened twice now pull it back up and then works?

Nothing really fancy about the clutch on these,
Unlike some I can think off.
so it's either a sticky cable or a problem with the clutch itself.
There's no "return" spring as such,
just the fingers of the clutch.
BUT there is a known fault with the sleeve that the release bearing runs on.
My local Pug dealer spares department sells a clutch kit of four parts,
the 3 pieces of the clutch kit plus a new sleeve for around £76.
If you find that the clutch is ok then you might just get away with a new as Peugeot calls it a "guide bush"
part number 2105 35.
