2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser aii lights flicker when driving .

Whilst driving with full lights on, all lights constantly flicker. However at idle the light become stable and constant. The voltage monitored at the accessory is 13.2v to 15.0v.
A new battery was fitted approximately 5 months ago.

Sounds like an alternator fault . With a fairly new battery in good condition 15.0 v is a high voltage . There was a TSB on alternator
