How do I get at the dashboard lights to replace a blown bulb behind the speedo?

This is for removal of radio but shows how to access dashbord also , might help you .Once front is off you will probably see how to get at dash panel and bulbs .

That doesn't help - you still can't get behind the spedo. But the back might prise off the same way...

You wont be able to get behind speedo without removal of instrumemt cluster .I thought you would be able to see how it was held in by removing the surround , usually plain to see .

I thought you might be able to prise the top off from behind it as that seems to be a separate piece too covering the top of the instrument cluster and the air vents. maybe I'll take the front off first (for which the video is really good) and have a look.
