I have a bmw 520i 2002 model. Recently I had change the fuel pump and i had noticed that when i accelerate the meter goes up to 20 50 and drops down. Took it back to the mechanic to check it again. He tell me that it was the fuel pump factory problem and he changed it again.
Few days again in the highway I could hear a sound at the back of my tires and the same thing it happen dropping 120 klm to 60 and then pull off on the site. Trying to go back in the highway but up to 20 kml acceleration. swich it off and Could not start again.

Please I need your help so I could tell the mechanic what could fix

It doesn’t accelerate when pressing the pedal. The only thing that I here when I get out from the car I here wierd noises at the back of the wheels . Do I need to put a liquid gas cleaner inside my tank? !!!!!!!!!! Do I need to change something else??? spark plug !!

!!it does not sputter or misfire but there is delay in taking the pick up when gas paddle is pushed a little hard. The car dies down and then starts taking motion/pick. There does not seem to b problem with transmission.
