BMW 3 Series central locking not working

yesterday i changed my indicator bulb my ignition was on and now my central locking doesnt work the frunt will only work on the key and the back wont open at all wats my problem !!! and how do i fix it

might just be a coincidence. I would start by checking fuses

check all your fuses first,then check the wiring harness from the body to the doors is not damaged.if ok then check you are getting power and earth to the rear cdl motors.could even be an alarm module fault but check your basics first
