BMW 3 Series leak in boot when raining pretty bad

i have a lot of water in my boot when it has been raining it seems to be coming from the shelf where the roof folds in.hope anybody can help.

Might be wrong , but I think that car has 2 drains on each side of the main roof pivot point which can choke up and need clearing .(at front of compartment )
