BMW 3 Series radio suddenly went off then the control screen went off ??

also steering wheel commands such as Telephone not working... seems the Entertainment and Controller have all switched off and wont switch back on??

Check / test your car battery voltage as if low on a lot of cars it switches off non essential systems till power put back in to battery whether by charging or replacing battery if needed . Simple check and eliminates one possible cause before getting too involved looking for faults elsewhere .
