BMW 3 Series loss of drive power after being parked in garage

Car: BMW 3 Series
Variant: 325 csi automatic
Model Year: 2004
Categories: Engine & Drivetrain
I have a bmw 325 csi 2004 automatic. It has developed an intermittent fault as follows.
When the car has been parked in the garage for some days, the car starts OK,but when I try to drive out there is very litle power and it feels as if the handbrake is on,which it is not since I never put the handbrake on in the garage.
Also when I reverse it back into the garage the rear parking sensors do not work

May be the engine coolant temp sensor that sends info to the ECU on fuel requirements among other things . From cold it richens the fuel settings and if not working correctly , the engine is " flat " and not responsive till it warms up a bit , Could also check auto trans fluid level or consider having it changed .When the parking sensors don't work , check if reverse lights are coming on .
