problem with bmw 3 series head lights coming on when reversing and no reverse lights or parking sensors not working and loss of power

The reverse lights and parking sensors will be on same circuit, check fuses .If not that , try bridging reverse light switch with ignition on and see if they work .If not that , try cleaning the earth connection at the cluster .If that doesn't fix it , you will have to check out wiring etc .
