The whirring noise from my steering is louder when I reverse from my garage or stop on the incline. It only occurs when I startthe car and leave the garage . My local gadealer says it is nothing to worry about and is expensive to fix through labour costs. It does appear worse on occasions, but never in normal driving. (
i am not bothered by it, but my wife is, and it is her car!!) Advice, please. Thanks.
