I had to use this garage due to going through my insurance company for repairs.
From the very beginning, I received a dreadful service.
When they called to start the repair, they denied calling me and hung up when they thought I had the wrong number.
On the second attempt, they accepted I was calling the correct place.
To get my car booked.
I had to submit pictures of the damage (they asked for these several times even though I sent them in the first instance)
The car took 24 days to be scheduled, which was fine.
I opted not to have a courtesy car due to health reasons, and honestly, I expected to get the car back quickly due to the small job.
The morning before, I called to ask if I could bring it that evening as I could get a lift back with my partner, and they agreed.
When I arrived, I went straight to the reception desk to book in, and he told me to sit and wait for the man (PLEASE do not make the mistake of using the toilet there)
After about ten minutes, the man came out, and I gave him the keys.
Then as we were driving down the motorway, I took a call from them, and he stated, "I had not paid the excess, and could I come back" he agreed to take the payment over the phone and then told me it was my fault he had forgotten because I was a day early.
My car took 23 days to be repaired by this garage.
During this time, I was getting random text messages with apparent updates, which made no sense with dates.
Upon picking the car up, I find out the heating system no longer works.
They told me to bring it back for them to take a look, even though they said it was nothing to do with them.
It was taken around the back to be returned a few minutes later, stating it's nothing to do with them.
I have now had to go back to Nissan to get it booked with them and explain the situation.
Far too much of a coincidence if you ask me.

Terrible,awful unprofessional service! Was told vehicle would take a week, took 2 1/2. No communication, no phone calls returned
Had a quoted price in writing but despite the vehicle being 10 days overdue bad attitude off staff still charged more. Disappointed and angry in the overall service and attitude. Wish I had seen recent bad reviews earlier

the workmanship on my partners fathers car is rubbish. there is over spray on every adjacent rubber seal to panel. the bumber was not put back on properly, they fitted reversing sensors, wrong colour! they could have sprayed them! mind boggling. do not go there. my parteners father has since died so i am guessing this will not be resolved now.

Would not recommend the garage to ANYONE, Haven't had my car back so still unsure as to how good of a job they do. All they say is I'll ring u back but never do. Unprofessional.

Told me that my car would be ready and then when I went to pick it up they put the date a few days later. I took this on the chin and when the next date came I went to pick up my car again and they did exactly the same and put the date back again. Shambles. Almost feels like they don't care about you and get funny with you when you ring to wuestion

We had to travel to get our courtesy car and wasn't advised they could drop it off to us. Bad communication and didn't tell us when our car was fixed. Parts were missing inside our car and took 3 weeks to change one door panel. Felt they didn't care about us.

Had my BMW M5 vandalised , serious damage every panel and other parts damaged.
TWK , were first class, kept me informed of the progress on a regular basis
Workman ship was excellent, nothing to much trouble for them, special mention to Mark who took time to find out every thing I needed to know.

Repaired my Range Rover perfectly, and was ready a day earlier than they originally anticipated. Loan car was brand new and spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Wasn't kept waiting around. The work was guaranteed for, if I remember correctly, 5 years!

Took my car for body damage and when i went to pick it up the job on the n/s of car was terrible,paint etc so thin you could see the repairs underneath plus it was a different shade in colour,the only damage to the car was a deep scratch down the length of the n/s but you could swear it was a full on collision with the repairs they done,would not recommend this garage to anyone who needs body repairs...

Took my car in for an MOT, helpful staff from reception to bodyshop. I was given an estimate for the repairs and the invoice was actually lower than the estimate, they also repaired some other niggling issues for free! Great service and value for money, I'll be taking my car there again for its service once it's due.

A very poor job sprayed the front end and there were difference in the colour matching of the sprayed panels, which is unusual. Not recommended
