Took my Vito here with a steering issue and was told I needed new drop links, tracking and camber adjustments, all fluids replaced and the rear gearbox mounting replaced amounting to £550. They charged me £54 for looking over the vehicle. I was sceptical and took it to Mercedes who told me none of this needed doing! Complained to cs and received a cheque and apology - the cheque bounced!
