They can improve by fixing the problem at the start. Had work done and they said it was fixed, took the car home and all of a sudden the problem i asked them to fix wasnt fixed. Took the car back and they wanted to charge me an extra cost when in the first place they where meant to fix the problem.. Poor customer care and quality of work.

I have been using East End Garage for about 2 years on the recommendation of a friend. They are are always very friendly and helpful, the wrok is done promptly and always appears to be completed to a good standard. I shall certainly continue to give them my business.
