We broke down in the fuel station adjacent to this garage on our way back from a local festival and the chaps pushed it around for us and did a full diagnostic checkup, and then re-started the car for us after finding a fault in the starter motor, and allowed us to quickly return to London. They even sent us a follow-up email so we could claim on the car’s warranty. All the chaps were super polite and efficient and really made what could have been a super stressful situation on the hottest day in history actually an easy ride. Thank you so much!!

My wife and I broke down on the seven bridge, we where recovered by the RAC to Hillcroft garage and Andy and his team where straight onto the problem, they sorted a hotel for the night as parts where not available on the day . Andy took us to the hotel and another member of staff collected once car was fixed. They could consider the customer as important. I have had to deal with Hillcroft 3 times over a few years and each time I can only describe them as totally useless. The customer is regarded as a total nuisance. This is not ment to be offensive only a true comment on their service.

second review , take care with customers cars , don't cause more damage then what is came in for ,return the car without parts damaged and don't part customers cars against walls causing more damage , admit where your wrong and fix your caused problems my car is still off road as you wont address the damage you caused ,

my car was repaired at hillcroft cam chain, tensioner blade head and cam carrier , then repaired again as head gasket was leaking water , diesel pump and starter motor as well to get it returned with a knackered turbo,, starter motor,diesel pump and turbo was all ok before hillcroft

The Hillcroft Garage deserves 10 stars
After being brought here this wkd by a very nice RAC man they went out of their way to help us. We were a long way from home living near Brighton.
I would totally recommend them, in fact they probably saved our lives as spotted a crack on wheel that hadn't been noticed in mot, could of killed us.
They gave the van a once over and spotted it so we got a new wheel from them which they went out of their way to get.

Hillcroft was the most helpful garage when the RAC brought me there . I had to travel back to Birmingham they had the parts there in 10 minutes and fitted the alterenator and battrey in 1 hour i was back on my way home. Really helpful people. Thank you

The service people always seem to do their best for you. the lady who answrs the phone really needs to work on her telephone manner! very rude and unhelpful!
Thanks to her lovely telephone manner she has just lost the garage I guess a few hundred pounds in service and labour!

I had a "new" timing belt fitted on my Fiat Punto in August 2009. After less than 1500 miles it failed disatrously while driving on the M4. I wrote to them drawing their attention to this, but did not receive a reply. I would not use this garage again.
