They could be honest and decline to complete work they are not capable of doing properly.
We took our car there for an MOT and subsequent repairs in excess of £1.300. The repair failed the following day. After numerous return visits the problem has still not ben solved. It seems that once they have the cash for a job they are no longer interested.

This business needs to overhaul customer service. I paid for a repair which failed within days. I was fobbed off for weeks, repair wasnt made, just more excuses and money down the drain. Would never go there again
