No communication to client about what's going on, Had to chase them all the time. Promising deadlines they can't deliver. Charging for using credit cards 2%. If the bill is already £2500.- , it's quite considerable amount. Not letting you know costs beforehand. Hope the work they done, done properly. Not going back and not suggesting it to anyone.
