Really friendly , genuine and knowledgeable fitters. Complex screen replacement on a brand new Mercedes needing camera resets from manufacturer not done before - these guys sorted inside a couple of hours.

I had my car windscreen smashed on New Year's Day (a sunday) I managed to get it home and ring at 9:30pm. I had a phonecall back to confirm before 10pm.

The next day was a bankholiday, but they delivered my glass and were able to do it at their centre or drive out to me. I went to the centre, where they were expecting me, and within 75 minutes it was done.

I was very impressed and one of the most highly professional companies I've ever dealt with.
I cannot recommend them higher.

Would never recommend this to anyone. I wasted a complete day waiting in for my pre-arranged visit to replace the screen on my car after having to wait nearly two weeks for an available slot. The technician never arrived and I tried 6 times to contact the branch via phone. When I called the following morning I was told that the screen was too big for one person to fit and that they would need a special fitting tool!! This despite the fact that it had been booked in days prior. I was also infomred that I wouldn't need to wait for the bonding to set as the advert stating this is wrong!! and that the car was roadworthy even though the crack was 2ft long in the screen and they gave the advice without even seeing it!
I'm going to wait for the job to be done tomorrow but I fairly confident that there will be some issue
