we gave them our car which had a power fault which we identified , we asked them to complete a diagnostic check and confirm back to us what was wrong before agreeing any work . They didnt and wanted £350. 00 for a new battery and 2 hours for the fitting of it . This is now been reported to trading standards ref no 16713666
noted the mechanic was very clearly rude and aggressive when questioned on repair, when we showed that the battery allegedly new was nearly flat when we went to the car to collect it . immediately identified that it was the alternator - however the car had been on the forcourt the entire time - which points at a parasitic drain on the battery not as he suggested the alternator.

Very fairly priced MOT, I was able to book my vehicle in at late notice at a time that was convenient for me. I was offered a cup of tea, and waited while my MOT was carried out within 40 mins or so. The cleanest garage I have ever been to, professional mechanics, excellent set up, and my car passed its MOT first time, for the first time ever.
