Udm were recommended to me when the head gasket on my bmw went. I found the staff to be excellent and helpful, the chief mechanic and owner were entirely proffessional and micheals knowledge of bmw's has to be unrivalled. I would recommend these guys to anyone who has a problem with their bmw, much better than the main dealers.
