Took my Audi a3 to ferndale service centre to have rear bushes replaced.
Returned the next day to pick up Audi only to be told that they could not replace the bushes but could infact do it at a later date.
Booked Audi back in to ferndale 0ne week later,and yet again told that they had failed to replace rear bushes.Because this was the second time they had failed to repair my car i asked to speak to the manager.
The manager explained his team of mechanics could not repair my car because they had broken the tool needed to fit the bushes.
Twice they promised to do the work,twice they failed.
Why did they not phone me to say they were having problems instead of waiting for me to arrive and then telling me????.
