I was attending an exhibition and got a flat tyre. I rang Edgwick and dropped the tyre into them so they could test it to see if it was punctured.

Thankfully it was just a valve issue and even though they spent a while messing around with it, they did not want to charge me for it. A donation was made to his charity run instead...

I phoned around several garages for prices on fitting and balancing tyres. Edgwick quoted £10 over the phone but then tried to charge an extra £5 per tyre for balancing. As I had been quoted cheaper elsewhere I left straight away and went to a garage that honored what it had said over the phone. Edgwick could perhaps honor their word in future.
