So much better than they used to be. The old salesman Chris was very pushy arrogant and offensive.The new salesman Paul is much better and I was happy to buy my car from him. The showroom and office are a bit rough, but I was there to buy a car not get cosy. The car is running fine, and no problems after 7 months.

I have recently purchased a second hand car from this garage and have been well pleased with the service. Will be buying from them again in the future.

Thanks to the guys there. We'd spent all day travelling around looking for a good value run around. Thankfully, our last stop was at broughton car centre. We came across a cracking little fiesta at a great price. Service was great, the guys sorted a few little things before we collected the car in the week. Recommended to our friend, who also found what they were looking for at a good price. Pleased that we now know where to go in future

Great service !! We bought a gorgeous ford galaxy from these guys and wow we will see them again for our next car !! Really helpful,couldnt do enough for my wife who had to bring the car back to get the radio sorted out the following week - all done before we knew it and they were so nice whilst she was there we felt we were imposing upon them !

Sold Me A vehicle that they described as perfectly running with no faults, it was both advertised as perfectly running and the salesman also advised me that the car was in perfect condition. within days of receiving the car i've found fault after fault and even though they stated the car is under warranty when I purchased it they refuse to repair the faults or offer compensation for me to repair it elsewhere. The main problem is the only keycard that they provided to me is faulty and does not start the car or operate the central locking! Have been in to get the car repaired for other faults twice now and both times the salesman has been very rude and wanted me out of his way as soon as possible so he could go home. Having to get Trading Standards involved!! AVOID AVOID AVOID in my opinion

Had an awful experience this weekend when we went to look at a car there. The Saturday salesman was extremely rude and as soon as we walked into his office he started pressuring us into giving him a price or we were "wasting his time" before we could take the car for a test drive. I'll give 1 point because the car was ok; however we ended up leaving because of the salesman's aggressive sales technique. I would not recommend this dealer, or at least that particular salesman.
