Station Garage

Shocking company. Brought a car of them in March, had agreed on some body work to be touched up before purchase, only one bit of this was done to an awful standard. 3 months later, the repsray is peeling and has to be redone properly along with other. Also, worst customer service I have ever experienced, staff were rude and constantly on the phone.

They seem to know their cars but the customer service is awful. Took far too many calls during our convo and left the room loads to go do other things.
Car was sold with a slow puncture, after assuring me that wasn't the case (I should have got it in writing)
I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you really know your stuff.

Customer service at this garage is absolutely 100% diabolical, teach sales staff some basic manners, while you're trying to conclude a purchase the last thing you want is the salesman taking phone calls leaving the room numerous times to deal with other customers and not even having the common decency to a
ask if you mind. Some training needed

Staff were very disorganised, understaffed and disinterested. They tried to deal with multiple customers at once without really knowing who was supposed to be helping who, and struggled to find keys and documents for the car I was looking at. I tried to put up with it because the cars did look good, but lost patience with the service and left.

I wanted to buy a car and drove 4 hours having made arrangement with this dealer. Arrived only to be informed that already sold and offered alternative. Dealt with a very rude and uninterested person.

Tried to view a car advertised by this company.
Amongst details were words "viewing essential". Car had 2 flat tyres, battery was flat and velour trim had mould growing on it. Still interested so gave SG 2 days to get it driveable - car still in same condition - salesman was not interested.
Avoid.
