poor overall service got car back 5 days after expected no discount may as well go to the best as you will be charged full wack yet be treated like small personal business and if you let then take your cash and no receipt would never use again would drive 50 miles to get a better service

Very poor service. Took the morning off work and waited for two hours for them to turn up. No sign so had to leave and go to work. Rang and no apology and said they could leave car at station for me on my return from London.

Walked both car parks, no sign of car which was at their garage just sitting there. Need I say more, shambles!

They believe in old fashioned service .
A lost cause in so many places .
I don't know how many times I used them ..they are honest and I give them cakes to say thank you .
Wake up Britain and be like Victoria Garage. And we will beat any country !

Really helpful. I popped in with my car to get warning light checked out. I was recommended to go here by my local mechanic as they had the correct equipment to plug into my car to check the fault codes. I left the car with them and came back 40 minutes later and they had found and cleared the fault code and checked the car. I asked how much and they said nothing. Based on that helpful approach I'll be going back there for all my servicing in the future. Thank you

These guys are good!
I took my 9 year old car to a Chrysler garage & they wanted £3,500 to do a few jobs for MOT. These guys did the same job, using Chrysler parts for a fraction of that price.
There no nonsense "Can-Do" attitude is a credit to them and I shall continue to take my business to them.
