Got a flat tyre near the garage, someone came and took the tyre off it to garage to see if it could be fixed, it couldn't so put a new tyre on wheel then returned and fitted to my car. Excellent service, friendly staff and resonance price. Highly recommend.

Called Yesterday, fit in today, at lunch i need two new tyres - budget or branded - i go for budget, sorted. Easy, fair. Have had my MOT done here for the past 3 years, has been free the last two years and not a complaint.

Phoned up Friday morning for a MOT which was carried out without fuss the same day. Very courteous and professional service. Would recommend without hesitation.

First garage I've found in 30 years that doesn't see me as a woman to be ripped off. They're fair, fast and quote a fixed price which has never rocketed once they start work. Always courteous,phone me when they need to, run me home and pick me up when I have to leave the car for any length of time, would happily suggest anyone go there. They've even got me safely on the road for a long journey on a Saturday without prior booking. Given 9 out of 10, would give 9.9 if I could (no-one's perfect, not even me!. Highly recommemded, first class garage.

I called at 11am today when my usual place couldn't fit me in till next week. Dropped car in at 1130hrs, they called me back at 3pm to say it was ready for collection, having passed MOT with no problems. Fuss-free and quick, would happily recommend.

I have had several MOT's done and every time have found them to be fair, efficient and I would recommend them without hesitation.

A couple of weeks ago had flat battery whilst in Hitchin. Kwik-Fit Hitchin also "diagnosed" that the alternator had failed and quoted £374 to replace both. I live in Shefford and rang Lambourn Mot & Service Centre Ltd for a price but he said he wanted to check the alternator first as he had never known an alternator fail on a Honda. He found nothing wrong with the alternator and replaced the battery at a cost of £53. The car has run perfectly since.
One of the biggest worries motorists have is getting ripped off by cowboys when it comes to having cars serviced or repaired. My experience is that Lambourne are as straight as they come and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Steer clear of this garage, total time waster, booked in for MOT only to find a two hour wait on arrival. No customer interest.

They can get you in but then aren't quick to call back and let you know whats happening and then on the phone they don't explain things very well and simply expect you to know whether or not the price quoted is actually fair or not. If you're a man who doesn't know a lot about cars you're made to feel quite an idiot. Not the best service i've ever had.

They can usually fit you in for work without too much prior warning and won't do any work without at least calling you first to give you a chance if you think the price is too high. Generally though, good service and to the point.

We have used this firm for several years and always find them efficient, friendly and reliable. They only charge for the work that needs doing,and have come to my rescue on more than one occasion. I can recommend them without reservation.

They have always managed to fit my car in for work without prior booking, and get the work done quickly and (from what I can tell) at a reasonable price and good quality. Great service if you rely on your car and need to get things fixed in a hurry and when it suits you.
