I would give this lot zero stars if i could.
Ordered part in April via 24/7 spares and they took the money immediately.
It is now August and, many pathetic excuses and unanswered phone calls later, no part and no refund.
If you DO decide to buy from them, pay by Credit Card so at least you can get your bank to do a chargeback when the parts fail to arrive

They took payment for my part on 17th April, promising it would be sent out that weekend.
I’ve phoned them repeatedly and it’s either a new excuse each time [would you believe “I hurt my foot so I’ve been off”🤣] or they don’t answer the phone.
It’s now 28th June and I STILL haven’t received the part I paid for.

This company supplied me with a engine for a 3.2 shogun I was told it needed new injectors after fitting engine and injectors it ran like a dream they supplied exactly what they said and told me About the faulty injectors I amine very happy customer

Ordered an Isuzu wing which they said matched, when it came it was wrong colour and rusty. Very hard to get in touch with had every excuse under the sun or phone put down. Was told to e mail them have had no reply, they are not to be trusted and are getting away with it and I am £192.00 down have just tried to ring again but no one answers and will carry on pursuing it until something is done, I paid right away they were quick to answer phone when taking your money.

Told me they had the part I needed so I ordered part that never arrived so gave them a call and they said they still had part but they had broken the glass but door was ok isaid send anyway as I have glass then they told me they would send right away but again it never came .Told me fork lift driver dropped it this time don't trust them at all

This company could improve by checking that they have the part and that it is in good condition. I asked them to do so before I drove 25 miles to collect but when I got there the part that was described as being in good condition was cracked. A simple check could have saved me a 50 mile journey.

We've used this company three times in the last two years. I was a bit shocked to see some negativity online... we've always had secure, well wrapped delivery, polite customer service, and when told it will be here in 48 hours, it always has been. Great prices. Reconditioned/second hand - you take your chances. Definitely use them again.

I needed a rear axle for my Suzuki. I had a few quotes from different people, Jimmy'a Jap Parts
in Birmingham had by far the best price, about £70 cheaper then the others. On top of that they gave me 3 months warranty on it. They are very competent and guess what, 48 hours to deliver they said and 48 hours it took. I definitely use them again if I ever need something else.

I've used Jimmy's Jap Parts just once and I can't fault them. I know nothing about car parts so my mechanic wrote down, in detail, what I needed and the gentleman I dealt with over the phone knew exactly what I was after. I paid with a credit card and I was told the parts would arrive in 2 days to my home in Kent. Which they did. Luckily they were the right parts so I've no experience of having to return anything. I would recommend this company to others.

to be fair alot of people have got Jimmys Jap Parts mixed up with other car based compnies on the web. these are all part of other based web search engines that get you in touch with companies like them 247 spares 1st choice and breakersyards. I have used Jimmys Jap Parts four times and I have found them to be reasonable in there price and attitude. I type in Jimmys jap parts in google and midland jap parts come up different companies I dont know how they are mixed up you must give credit where it is due. if the part is at fault they either ask you to return for a refund or replacement minus the delivery charge. You cant be fairer than that in todays approach.

well to be fair the parts were spot on the total farce was with the delivery firm,the B.S they came out with was truely pathetic .everything from the driver had a stroke (yet no-one called to say so ) to the house number has been torn from the delivery sheet and the driver cant find the house.(yet it was clearly there when i took delivery and the carbon copy ) COME ON JIMMYS JAPPARTS SORT OUT THE COURIER SERVICE THEY ARE LETTING YOU DOWN !!

Peeved Lexus Owner, Down South

Ordered parts for a Lexus from him on a Thursday and agreed a 48hr delivery service, paid for parts and awaited their delivery.
Weekend came and went with nothing so called on Monday to be told there had been a delay but assured they would be with me by Tuesday Morning. Well it's now tuesday afternoon and still nothing.
Managed to get hold of TNT (the courier company he used) to be told that the parts where not even despatched until Monday when i'd called chasing up the order so God knows when I'll receive the bits or what state they will be in.
The Guy himself "Jimmy" seems to have no idea of what customer service is or how to be honest with people that pay him good money for his parts.
WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN.
Have since carried out a "google search" only to find various complaints on different Jap Car & 4x4 Owners Forums so obviously not the first person he's done this to....

I've used them twice now even though I live in Cornwall, both times they were friendly, very helpful, the items were reasonably priced, dispatched quickly, well packaged and have been exactly right. Brilliant, happily recommend.
