I am a nurse and work long hours so a real bonus that they are open 24 hours, able to drop car off at 10pm and pick up similar time. Great service and a really friendly team.

I have only used main dealers for repairs to my car and was a bit sceptical about taking it to a bodyshop however I have been pleasantly surprised. They collected my car, gave me a loan car and delivered it back within a week a lot cleaner than when it went in. The only issue I have is with the size of the loan car as it was quite small.

After someone hit my car, I took it to Marshall Panelcraft in Hertford, what a lovely job they made of my car (Golf), I have had work done at other garages and Marshall's beat them hands down, well done.

I have been trying to contact this company for the last four days, i have left several telephone messages and even emailed them, to arrange for a company vehicle to be repaired. As of yet no one has had the decency to get back to me. not very impressed at all!!!"
