BMW 'specialists' - all sounded great in theory. Said I would be the only car worked on Sat 08:30. Didn't call me until gone 11, so clearly hadn't started it straight away. Worse, these 'specialists' failed to notice rear bushes upside down on end of trailing arms. What else did they miss in the 'inspection'? Very poor, and I won't be going back.
