Motatest

I used to take 8 vehicles a year to Motatest and despite everyone complaining about his "COVID" cleaning charges they still charge for it in 2024! Well I'm not giving them any more money for spraying something into my car window. Goodbye Motatest, no wonder everyone is going elsewhere and the staff is a third of what it used to be.

I've used Motatest for years for all my cars and bikes but I will not be back!
It's October 2023 and they are charging nearly £10 to "disinfectant" the interior of every car against COVID prior to performing the MOT. Absolute rip off, money making rubbish!
My car then required a re-test which took all of 3 minutes which cost me another £15 re-test charge (unheard of) and another rip off!!
Funny though, I didn't get charged for them to "disinfectant" the cars interior prior to the retest.
Like I said, like so many others, I won't be back!!

Have used them for years and could not recommend them enough. As I am disabled with limited mobility I feel the staff go above and beyond to help me,even a little thing like parking the car so it's only a couple of steps from the reception. Gems!

I've used Motatest for the past five years and have always found them very efficient, courteous and helpful. Drive in, pop across the road to a nearby cafe have a cuppa and a sticky bun and - in my experience - your car is ready within the hour.
