Go-Renault

GoRenault had our Renault Scenic for over 2 months due to an electrical fault.

After lots of checks, not able to fix the car (apparently). So after being without a car for over 2 months, we were advised it would probably be best to write if off.

They offered around £200, and said it would be scrapped.
Then today, I am driving home and what car do I see in front of me?!?! The apparently non repairable Renault Scenic. Freshly MOT'd 6 weeks after it is apparently scrapped and on it's merry way somewhere with a new owner.

Of course, this could have been fixed by anybody, but is a rather odd coincidence!

If you manage to repair somebody's car, then common courtesy would be....well it took longer than we thought, but we actually managed to repair it. Would you like it back?

Or at least have the sense to not sell it locally!!!!!

PS: Contacting Trading Standards for advice.

Our MOT had ran out. We were fitted in straight away. MOT while we waited, nice clean and warm waiting room.

MOT, Service, Exhaust, Tyres. Complete overhaul on our Renault Megane. We went into town to shop came back to all jobs done and the car had been washed & cleaned. We would be confident to recommend the garage. Paul & Fiona Slater.

We had a worrying light on our dashboard on Saturday morning. Took the car to the main dealer who sent us away until Monday as the workshop wouldn't look at it. Took our car to Go-Renault at 12.00 on Saturday. Diagnosed and parts fitted in less than 1 hour. Delighted with the service provided.

Clutch fitted in less than a day. all the other garages quoted next day return of the Scenic Thank you so much for fitting us in at short notice. Melanie Peters.

wouldn't recommend these at all, they had my car for 2 weeks & in that time couldn't diagnose the fault or carry out any work, never returned any of my calls to let me know what was going on. In the end I went down & took my car back in bits, took it to east goscote Renault who diagnosed in 2 hours & repaired in 1 day and for less than these quoted

Originally from Leicester but living in Somerset now. I had the misfortune to break down on the M5 due to a split turbo intercooler hose.
After hours of chasing the part down and contacting these very genuine guys. I managed to get my Espace into them on a Saturday. Fantastic reliable inexspensive honest service. Highly recommended. THANKYOU.

Happy with the service and MOT. Being a Female customer it was nice to be looked after by Natalie at the garage. Nice clean environment, clean waiting room, generally a good all round service.
Will be using Go-Renault again.

I didn't have the positive experiences of others, and this over several months of engagement. Improvements here are easy: honour warranties. Fit the correct parts. Deliver on stated promises. I have good evidence for all of these points.

We have just had our Turbo Changed after a very smokey failure. Far cheaper than the main dealer. Collected the car in the price. Main dealer couldn't offer the pick up service.
New place is really nice.
Well done, we will be coming back.

I have taken my Megane there twice and both times excellent service and good advice. The first time they lent me a car whilst they worked on mine.
They are value for money. You go away from there knowing you have not been ripped off which is very important.
I would highly recommend them.

Collected and Returned for free!!
