The guidelines suggest to submit things the business could improve on. Which is hard to say when they didnt do anything right. They initially quoted me £400 which became £700. Then they said it'd be ready on the Tuesday (car brought in Friday prior), which was only ready the Friday after. Now I need to pay a proper place to fix the mess they made.

You where quoted £400 to replace camshaft on removing the camshaft we found that the cylinder head was damaged which would put the price upto £700. And was also the delay on having your car ready for the date agreed. You where informed at evey possible point I could contact you on the delays and the extra work required as we never do any work with out authority from customer. As for the problems you had a week after picking up your car I explained to a AA patrol man what work we had done and if he thought it was any thing to do with the work we had carried out to bring the car back to us as would be coverd under warranty. I have never had any more contact with you over the car seeing as you work next door please call in and will help in any way possible
