Great service and repair done on my Mercedes E class, both done on one visit and at a good price I would certainly recommend them every time.

I really do not recommend anyone to go to this garage. The service was horrendous and he overcharged me and caused me alot of problems. I have felt cheated with this service since he decides if you pass the MOT or not.

Dealt with repair of Company Van(Assured Healthcare) first thing in morning to let our engineer carry on with his work.
Excellent customer service.

Have used Riverford for nearly ten years with several cars, always use for servicing currently Jag, VW and Transit mini bus, always helpful and only do necessary work.

Have used this garage for several services and Mot's now. Always found them fair, efficient and they phone if they find something unexpected. Prices are realistic and I haven't been ripped off at all. Also had to call them when my car had a problem at home - they came straight out to collect it and gave me a courtesy car.

I have used this garage on 2 occasions and had no problems at all. The first time was 2 years ago when my 9 year old Peugeot expert van was stuck in limp home mode. It took a week to get the parts but vna has never missed a beat since.
Second visit was a few weeks ago and they cured my wifes 307 1'6 Hdi estate with is exhaust regeneration system kept on running. On this occasion they refilled the exhaust additive tank and reset the computer. Car has worked perfectly since. Prior to putting the car here I'd been into the main Peugeot dealer in Inverness and they wanted much more for refilling the additive tank and hooking up the computer and they also lied by telling me my exhaust FAP filter needed replacing at nearly £500.
when the car was ready for collection we were running late to collect it and they even stayed back until we arrived.
To sum up on both occasions I have found this garage to have been honest ,fair and had no problems
