Eastwood Service Station & Mot Centre

Took my car in for an mot and couldn't be more impressed with the service and professionalism. I always rely on my dad or husband to go to garages as I feel out of my depth but I did this one and Ricky was so polite and explained things well. A repair was needed and I wasn't overcharged, overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

I have been using Eastwood Service Station for about 18 months now and I have NEVER found a better place. They are not only reasonable but the most genuine people I have known. I completely trust Ricki, in fact I have left him the spare key to my vehicle in case I need to drop the car off after hours. I have recommended him to so many people now.

I took my car into Eastwood Service Station this week for an MOT. The car failed on emissions. They did a great job, working systematically through the possible causes, making sure they kept the cost to me as low as possible.

I will definately be using them in future.

I was recommended to Eastwood service station by a member of my family that said they have used them for the past couple of years. My car was due a mot and service so i thought i would give them a try as i am tired of paying the ridiculous main dealer prices. They quoted me £180 for both the mot and service which i thought was very reasonable as ive been used to paying in the region of £300- £400 at the main dealer. I was very pleased with the service they provided me, it was very professional and efficient. I will definettly be using them to look after both my cars from now on, keep up the good work lads.

Hello there, I imagine that the previous poster must have had a very bad day on that day, as I have been using this garage for about 3 years now, all at reasonable prices, and they have never once let me down. Only yesterday, i had a starting problem, and rang them to seek advice - "Bring it down today & we will have a quick look at it for you" they said. 30 mins later, I arrived, and they tested the whole starting/charging system/battery while i waited, on a new ' Snap-On' handheld machine, which looked very professional I must say. The machine gave a printed readout, which they showed me, which showed the battery to be starting to fail (more so in cold weather they explained to me). I expected to have to book my car in, but no, they said that they would do it for me now, and replace the battery while i waited, They fitted the new one, then cleaned & greased all the connections, and then tested it all again, so I could see the new readout, which then showed that all was well.

So, it's a big thank you to Ricky & the team - you fixed my car, on the spot, and saved me another day off work, and you did not charge me a fortune for this - service with a smile, that's what it is.

I would send anyone to this garage, but don't tell everyone, else i might have to queue !!!!!

Eastwood service station are always very helpful. Get work done intime with little disruption. THey are good value for money and would highly recommend them.

I will never go back to 'Eastwood Service Station' after the hassle they have cause me and still causing me. I had to have a lot of work done to my car which cost alot of money but the thing is that 3 months later I still don't have my car. I have had my car back three time in the 3 months but have had it for only 5 minutes before driving it back to get it fixed again as the job they have done in the first place was not done right and for the suppliers they use well...rubbish!!!!!
