Rivermead Recovery

Wendy recovered my wife and me from the A303 on 22 April. She correctly diagnosed the alternator as the problem then drove us to our hotel in Honiton and found us a garage (Toanfro) who did a prompt repair. Excellent service delivered with charm and good humour. Thank you.

Ben at Rivermead came out to us VERY early one Saturday morning on a 'quick day trip' to Cornwall from the other side of Salisbury until we hit something in the road which blew the tyre on our Volvo XC90. Excellent, polite, service going the extra mile by leading us to tyre replacement depot after putting on emergency spare. Thanks Ben!

We were picked up by Tom from Burton Bradstock as unfortunately my van had broken down on our holiday. My car and I were collected by Phil after an extremely distressing accident. I was deeply grateful for his calm professionalism and how he went out of his way to put me at ease during the 100 mile journey home when I was feeling very shaken and vulnerable.

Recently on route to our holiday destination our car stopped. Green flag sent Rivermead to assist Jason m arrived very quickly. He was very polite helpful and a wizard with our car. Rivermead were sent out to me via my insurance company and I cannot praise them highly enough, it made a stressful event so much easier, the guy sent out(Jason) was very helpful, polite, cheery, sorted the car in no time and had a brilliant attitude, top man, thank you Rivermead.

I broke down on my way to work, on the A37 towards Dorchester. They got to me within the hour and even though it was quite early, Jason who came out was brilliant. He was very polite, had a look at my car. He informed me that it need to be taken to a garage and after towing me to the garage even gave me a lift home. Brilliant company!!!

I broke down on a Bank Holiday Monday on a windey country road. Rivermead rescued us and transported us to Lyme Regis and the car to a garage. I cannot praise the driver (signature illegible)enough. I would not chose to break down in the middle of nowhere, but if you do, these people are brilliant.
