I was very pleased and impressed by the wprk carried out to my Audi TT. he paint match was excellent and the people were courteous and helpful. The repair was carried out with great effiency, on time and I was kept informed of the progress at all times.

I used them after I had a crash in my Focus. They were extremely friendly, informative and quick. I damaged my car on the Thursday, put it in the next day and by the following Thursday it was all fixed.

And can I say the work they did was impeccable, and they cleaned the car inside and out, it was better than before the crash, it looks new again!

They kept me informed with what was happening, and the chap doing my repairs was happy to discuss what repairs needed doing.

I felt compelled to write a review of recommendation as I had a great experience.

I have had the misfortune ( my familys knocks and dents ) to use Brockley Road on several occassions and have them to be nothing but explemorary.
The person writing the negative blog would appear to have a personnal problem with the Company rather than the quality of the work carried out.
I wouldnt go anywhere else for my bodywork and have always been happy to recommend the Company to other family members and friends, and I know they also have not had any problems. The staff are efficient and friendly and the work quality is spot on. perhaps this guy wanted more work carried out for nothing or something else.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BROCKLEY - IF OTHERS THINK THEY CAN DO A BETTER JOB LET THEM GET ON WITH IT AND SEE WHAT THE RESULTS SHOW!!

I have had a repair done by Brockley body works, when i went to pick it up the quality control looked like it had been done by Stevie wonder.

The trim on the rear bumper dident fit properly, where they had masked up to a contor line on the boot lid they hadn't blown the paint in there was a lip big enough to stand a 5 pence piece on. when I brought this to there attention they said and I quote " thats how they fit" I know this not to be the case as I own and run my own Vehicle repair company and I myself a fully qualified Vehicle Technition. I have since be back 3 times and evey time I go back they seem to damage the bumper and mouldings even more.

I have contacted my solictor about this and she is setting the wheels in motion to try and sort out this sub standed repair.

I have given them a rating of 2 because the two receptain ladys are lovely and sweet.
