I advise against buying from this dealer. Despite an RAC inspection revealing major faults with the vehicle and the inspector stating, in their personal opinion, that they wouldn't buy the vehicle, the dealer held onto the deposit that had been placed. This was contrary to our agreement that the deposit would be returned if major faults were found

my last car i got from acw car sales about 8 years ago and the one berfore that about 6 years, ive had my latest one about 4 monthes now and i love it so hopefully i will go back in a some years time again DO NOT BE SCARED TO USE THIS GARARGE ITS BEEN THERE YEARS ITS BEEN THERE THAT LONG I CAN REMEMBER WHEN IT ONLY SOLD THE VERY OLD AUSTIN MINIS

Found car on net hpi checked it all good paid over phone and car was deliverd few days later at a good price to my front door by a proper transport firm and I didn't even leave my home as im over 200 miles away when car arrived it was perfect just as terry had desribed it and it was best price i could find at the time as well fab fab fab

I paid deposit over the telephone and then collected my car 4 days later very happy with new car and it was as it said in the advert only thing I thought may improve things is if when I arrived at benfleet train station someone may have picked me up and took me to my new car but still it only cost me a few quid in a taxi over all a good experience.
