Brilliant service from Pro cars. They were informative when purchasing the car and helpful when there was a clutch problem within the warranty period. I had a new clutch fitted by Station garage the same week. I would definitely recommend this company to prospective car buyers.

Can't fault Paul and his guys for a smooth no pressure sale. Very informative on all cars, more than happy to answer questions and queries. Had a problem after a week which was put right by Station Garage promptly and under warranty. No problem is too small or too much of an effort to fix. Excellent service. Love my X3.

Bought an Audi from PRO Cars last month. I researched the product before going to see them. They were very busy the day I viewed the car but still made time to talk and answer all of my questions with excellent product knowledge. Cannot fault Paul and the team. Purchased an 07 Accord last month which is a lovely drive. Prior to purchase, tow bar was removed. Soon discovered the heated seat was not working but the matter was resolved quickly and Paul went out of his way to ensure it was sorted. Highly recommended and would happily buy another car from them without any doubt.

Wouldn't hesitate to use Paul and the guys again...Mercedes CLK I purchased from PRO cars is mint, apart from I noticed a pulling to the left, under Paul's direction it was booked into a wheel alignment specialist near me and paid for on the spot...NO ARGUMENTS...Superb back up NO FUSS!

After reading many positive reviews about Pro Cars, I decided to recently purchase my new car from them. I was not disappointed! The sales process was smooth and easy, not at all pushy and made for a confident and relaxed sale. After sales service was excellent also as they fixed an issue with the car without any fuss at all. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and Very nice friendly people not the typical pushy sales men. I would recommend Pro Cars to anyone buying a used car. I Had a small problem with the car I bought a week after I picked it up with the windscreen washers. Got the car fixed local to me as I live over a two hour drive away and they paid for the repair over the phone.

I searched forever for a clean BMW 320d car up to an 07 plate, at P.R.O.Cars I found an 08 just over my budget, best price seen so bought it.In the first week an intermittent power loss fault they got me to book it in to Station Garage to get it fixed without any quibble, they were more than helpful and it was done under their warranty. Thank you!

I'm always a bit dubious about garage warantee, but with Pro cars there's no need. A wobble developed under acceleration, so I emailed them to explain the problem. They had Station Garage rectify the problem in next to no time, now it drives perfectly! I'm a very satisfied customer, Thanks!

A big round of applause for PRO staff. They're very kind, helpful and honest people so if someone is looking for used car I can definitely recommend a PRO and I'm sure no one will be disappointed. They're STARS!!!

Couldn't ask any more from a used car trader. Excellent service and I would recommend to anyone buying a used car. Had a fault with the car I bought a week after I picked it up. Returned the car to them to be fixed under the three month warranty I was given with the car and it was fixed and ready to be picked up in less than twenty four hours :)

I bought a car from here recently and initially found them very informative and helpful, it was only when I began to find problems with the car that they were not helpful at all, and came across as quite rude. I feel they need to improve their customer service and always aim to please customers.
