Just had our Mercedes A Class serviced and an excellent job carried out. Fast and friendly service with expert advice. I would not hesitate in using TM Motors again. Our car even received a wash and hoover. Top job. Actually got to speak to the mechanic Jason who worked on my car, very rare but useful. Would rather use than main car dealer.

Great garage, I travel up from Coulsdon would you believe for my annual service. I am more then happy to go here then to any main dealer close by because this Merc specialist is highly rated and I know that I can speak to the mechanic if ever i need to.

I just wanted to thank TM Motors, I started using this garage six years ago as it was very close to my place of work. Their customer care is excellent and the clarity of their diagnosis is refreshingly clear and ultimately comprehensive. They do not recommend work that is not needed and prices when it is are very competitive. Thank you once again.

TM Motors is an absolute treasure of a garage. The care and attention to detail by Jason was outstanding. I felt really looked after. I have recently had a problem with my alternator on my Mercedes-Benz E 200 Kompressor. They kept me informed. They are very professional and obliging and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I have always used Mercedes to service my car,but have found their service was very expensive. The price paid was as per the estimate - no hidden extra's. The garage ensured the work was completed in a single day considering it required a major service and cam belt change. All replaced parts were available for inspection, never experienced this before even from a garage. Overall very impressed with level of service, information, price and the staff. I took my Mercedes M class in for a full service on Wednesday. Cannot fault the service I received. The manager Jason was really friendly and helpful. He kept me fully updated on the progress of my vehicle, and even tidied up a bit of paintwork for me without being asked! Cannot recommend him enough! Will not even consider any other garage this time next year. When my service are next due, will be sending the car back here without a doubt. My previous mechanic was becoming too expensive. I decided it was time to change after 17 years. I took my car to Tm Motors for servicing. Tm Motors is very thorough, helpful and informative. Probably most important is the integrity of the people running the business who are honest and straightforward in their dealings. Very Happy with the service, This place is amazing.. I booked my car in for a service in September 2011. The lady I spoke to was extreemly helpful and courteous as i had no clue what type of service I needed. I dropped my car off and had a call 5 hours later to say it was ready for collection. On collection the mechanic Jason explained to me in 'clear' terms what he had done. The invoice was also clear, it's good to know what has actually been done when you have no clue about cars!

I took my car to be serviced here last week. TM Motors came highly recommended from the mbclub and I must say they did not disappoint.
Their level of expertise was a breath of fresh air but more importantly I was most impressed by their patience and personal service. I know very little about cars but the mechanic who was working on my car(Nigel I think) was only too happy to explain the work that was done and why it was done. I was also pleasantly suprised when the bill came! It is fair to say thanks to TM Motors I am looking to by another Mercedes when I was considering moving over to the competition.

I recently took my Mercedes e class to their garage. I was really happy with the service and customer care was excellent. Manager Tony is really helpful and gave great advice.
