Oh dear, caveat emptor best sums up many (not all) experiences of this firm. I only wished I'd spent a bit more time checking out these people on the internet before going ahead with buying an ultimately invisible car part off them. If you must use them at least use a credit card so that you can later claim back your lost money under section 75 - even if you cannot make a claim for your loss of sleep!
