So far so good. Booked for an MOT at a reasonable cost of £29. Pleasant phone manner, dealt with all questions patiently. Accepted car on time and finished on time. Passed no problem and even though it had minor advisories, they didn't make up any faults or do unneeded just for extra income. Will be back.

Farmers Autocare take advantage of 19 y/o girls. I asked them to fit a tire for me. They agree, but phone me telling me the tire is worn down and can't be used (try to sell me one for £50) so I disagree and ask for the tire back. Just to say what a fantastic service from your mechanics Chris Dodds made sure the part was delivered quickly and gave a comprehensive description of what the issue was without baffling me with technical jargon. He made sure that I was offered a refreshment, a lot of other places just don't tell you. Your team in Dunfermline are a credit to your business I would go back and recommend them to all I know Thank you it was a pleasure.
