Dreadful service…supposed to have collected my car yesterday and delivered it to me today. Sadly they didn’t bother to tell me that they didn’t do it yesterday until I called them today.
Breakdown company has now had to assign job to another company as after 3 days I’m back to start..Thankfully the new breakdown cover knows how to deal with a customer and the car should be back tomorrow…Pity Bartlett’s couldn’t do in 3 days what their competition do in 1 ,
