Had my car engine sorted from these guys. Took a little longer than first planned but credit to them they have done a great job.

I was skeptical using these guys as they have too many good comments, which usually means in the trade that 'I smell a rat' or these guys are brilliant. Ill be quick and to the point... These guys are f****** brilliant, great service, fast turn around and my car feels like new again after the recon. They are a family run business and treat well!!

Great job on skimming my Vauxhall cylinder head, very quick turnaround they did it whilst i waited and didn't cost a fortune. Very nice finish, could almost see my face in the metal!!

Ranger rover sport re built from these guys, only done 47,000 on the clock but some how i got a bad engine and it seized. Any ways they did a great job and it now runs as smooth as silk. Id recommend these people to anyone!!!

Recently Got some crankshafts ground and cylinder heads skimmed here. Cracking job by the lads, excellent service and the best guys in the country for engine jobs hands down. Been in the Business 45+years myself so i speak from experience. I have had my engines built from here in the past too and cannot fault these guys one bit.

Vw golf 1.4 16v my timing belt broke, got the engine rebuilt in a week and it runs better than when i bought it new!!!! Well done lads for the fantastic job!!!!!

Had my Range Rover vogue engine reconditioned from here. Took two weeks longer than expected. Apparently parts were not available and were on back order. This was a little annoying but non the less I've got my car back and its running superbly and feels even more powerful than when i bought it brand new. Hats off to the quality of engineering here!

Got my Merc S320 engine fully re manufactured by Ring Engineering. I have to say they have done a superb job and provided me excellent service and i am glad i chose them. There are a lot of 'botch job' mechanics and garages out there so avoid any hassle and do your self a favor, take your car to Ring Engineering to get the job done properly!!

Fantastic lads, sorted my Audi A5 with balance shaft problems in no time. Had to replace my turbo and a few crankshaft bearings but all in all quality work in quick time and very good prices that make dealers look like thieves!! Thanks guys!

Got my VW Passat oil pump re manufactured from these guys using eBay. They did a fantastic job and I am now back on the road quicker than I thought and I didn't have to pay the main dealer a ridiculous amount of money to sort it out. I highly recommend them.

I used Ring Engineering to repair my Audi A4 2.0 TDI balance shaft / oil pump drive. I sent them my old shaft & they promptly returned it but the hex insert was poorly fitted, being out of centre and not square. I had to return it to them and to their credit they did quickly supply me with a replacement shaft and this one was fine. The shaft is now fitted back on the car and it is running fine.

Superb Job completed by Ring Engineering on my BMW 320D. Timing chain snapped and had full engine refurb completed to excellent standard. Job completed quickly with no problems at all. Customer service fantastic and great value for money.

Found these guys through Ebay. I sent my VW Passat Oil pump balance shaft to them for re manufacturing. They received the shaft did what they needed to and sent it to the garage who were working on my car and they installed it and its been running 100% since. Thank you guys you did a brilliant job, the guys at my garage said so too! A++

my audi is 20 years old took it in for rebuild , got it home wouldnt start ,had it looked at and it needed a new distributor got that sorted. now starts and stops proper.cracking job on engine . big thanks to all at ring engineering

Brilliant!! got a customers Audi 2.0 tdi oil pump shaft re manufactured from these guys. It was done the same day and they save me £100's from going down the main dealer route and buying a new one. Cheers lads very quick and quality service!

Audi A6 oil pump drive system repair, I could not get this kit from audi (crank sprocket chain and helical driveshaft) as it has become obsolete. The people at ring engineering manufacture their own hardened steel version of this kit and installed it on my car. car now runs perfect and luckyly the only damage was one injector so I also got that reconditioned by them. A+++ I recommend them!

A really trustworthy and honest engine reconditioning firm. My Mercedes Transit engine completely blew as well as BOTH its turbo's, I was getting quoted over 10K from main dealer!!! Came straight to Ring Engineering as they had previously recon'd my cousins Audi A5 and was quoted just over 5 for the entire Job. Being a perfectionist myself I asked to check the boxes for which parts they used and found out that they were from the main dealer suppliers, so Mercedes would have used the same parts and charged me double!!
They took just over a week to get it done and With their diagnostic/programming machine they got all the electrics up and running and it actually felt more powerful than when I bought it. I'm now back to work and owe these guys big time because if it wasn't for their hard work and effort, Id be seriously out of pocket right now! Thanks Ring!

My 2008 S320 CDI broke down (Engine seizure) and Ring Engineering diagnosed the problem in no time and got straight to work, a week later and my car was ready with my engine being fully reconditioned and just as brand new when I got this beauty. I am so impressed with their work I had to write a review.

I have just had my Citroen Relay engine reconditioned here and despite taking a little longer than
planned they did an excellent I broke down in Germany and Ciroen Nuremburg had quoted 7,500 euros
to repair All they were going to do was fit a brand new engine. This resulted in My RAC cover being null and void due to the high cost I arranged a private recovery £1,800.00 and took it to Ring they fully reconned the engine to as good as new for £2,500.00 +Vat.
Very good altho I now have to run the damn thing in.

very pleased with service, quick accurate and good prices. They have a very large workshop and can recondition all engines, I have had a VW Golf R32 complete recon with a hybrid turbo upgrade which I bought my self and was fitted in this garage as well as the recon. the car is as good as new engine wise and the performance figures are off the chart thanks Ring will be seeing you again
