In an area where there are 2 other convenience stores and a Morrisons being built I'd suggest they employ polite people, not the likes of the very offensive, dictatorial older (nothing wrong with that) lady who ranted at me today, especially when their petrol prices re so high.
I've just moved into the next street, but I won't be going back there!
