The reason why my car didn't pass MOT was "to much play in both track rod ends". The only problem is, both track rod ends were new, replaced the same day in the morning (before MOT).

I had a terrible experience with Car Contacts when they gave me a quote for £800 to fix my car as it kept losing power. They charged me £40 just to look at it. I took it to another garage who found a corroded wire near the gear stick. They replaced it and charged me £80 ! I rang Car Contacts and told them this and also asked to be removed from their database but I still receive mail from them even though I will never use them again. This happened 1 year ago and my car is still running smoothly.
