Minster Coachworks

I have just had my wifes car repaired at minster coachworks and would like to say what a fantastic service , even though i went to other so called vehicle repairers minster were the only ones who said they could repair the bumper and wing and at half the cost of my insurers choice , i would recommend these to everyone.

This business told me that I would have my car back in 4 days for what amounted to a small scratch. It has now been 15 days and my hire car insurance has run out. No provision has been made for this despite the fact I repeatedly told them I have a young infant and I'm confined to the house until I get a car. It is obvious that they had not even started on the work until very recently as every time I phoned they said it will be approx 4 days but they of course guarantee it. However, they were very keen to book me in as soon as possible when i first approached them. I would certainly not use their service again.
