The Towbar Men

When fitting they turned up 2 hours late. On the 2nd time we used it the lights stopped working. I rang up to ask if they could look at it and was told they would call back, I chased again and got messed around. Eventually they said they would come at 8:30 on the day I was due to go on holiday but they didn't turn up. VERY UNRELIABLE. DO NOT USE!!

Had a towbar recently fitted by this company on my 1st call is asked for a towtrust towbar which was apparently fitted.. After looking around the boot and checking the job i found that the 12n and 12s had not been fused and the earth and live wire's were incorrect in fact dangerous non fused and an incorrect guage wire had been fitted also no split charge relay. It has cost me a further £78 to get this sorted.. This company is not NATTA approved please avoid by all costs so you dont get the same problems as me these defects are dangerous dont be drawn in by cheap prices please..
