Despite being a Fiat dealer I have used Parkside Garage regularly for several years to MOT and service the family Renault Scenic & my Kangoo van. The service is always courteous and efficient, communication re progress with problems superb. This is how we all would like customer service to be and it is reassuring to find somewhere that seems to have the long-term view in mind i.e. repeat custom is valued over making a quick buck. I have been pleasantly surprised several times when repairs have come in on or even under quote. I highly recommend this garage and talking to several of my neighbours they are of a similar opinion.

great people i too had great service no messing about quote me a price for service on my Fiat 500 and went there cheapest around by far Sunbury and slough rip off prices. Great to see good old fashion service so pleaed to have found them.

Great Garage i too had super service from them at last a garage you can trust my car had been in two other garages with the same problem and after paying 476.44 pence later still not fixed put into Parkside and it was fixed for a sum of 36.00. So happy with them all my family start to use them so nice people to deal with would recommend

This is a small local garage, and one that is not common for FIAT. As with many small businesses there are few staff, and the service is individual. There is none of the anonymity of large car sellers. Their mechanic, Geoff, has been there for 46 years,so it is reassuring to see a veteran with an understanding of cars, rather than the now often seen sight of a young, clearly inexperienced mechanic. The servicing of the cars seems to be thorough, and efficient. They offered a very competitive price on the car that I bought from them, and I have been pleased with the after sales service.
