My dipped headlights were left dangerously low after service bulb replacement, but I was told that I'd need to wait almost 2 weeks for an appointment to fix this, since they had to hook the car up to diagnostics and see a "master technician" (sounds expensive for their mistake, no?).
Kwikfit sorted the same day, 2 minutes (literally!), £12.50.

Calls are rarely returned, the car has also had issues since being purchased. Errors have made all along the way, including been told to pickup the car as it ready, only to get there and discover its not ready at all. I would not recommend this garage.

Went in to buy a wiper blade and ended up talking to a very helpful & friendly sales guy, guess what ? I bought a new car and so glad that I did, it's awesome. They seem like a very professional bunch and I would recommend them to anyone !

Took my car in friday to check a bulb warning light that had come on that my girlfriend was nagging me about - young blonde lad at the first desk was really helpful came out with me to my car and checked all the lights - typical the warning light was now gone. But he was very helpful and explained it could be a bulb holder and that if it happend I was to go back and ask for him to replace it under warranty.

Wishing to book car in for service, Customer services short, blunt and unhelpful after asking to book for a Long Life Service. Certainnly would not recommend them, will certainly give my money to a more professional branch.
